TERMS AND CONDITIONS – RETURNS (“CONDITIONS”)

Payments

If you pay with a credit card, the full amount may be temporarily blocked on the card when you place the order. If we do not receive authorization from the card issuer, we will inform you so that you can provide an alternative payment method. The amount will be charged to the card once we accept the order.

We reserve the right to verify the identity of the credit card holder. To ensure that your credit or debit card is not used without your consent, we will compare the name, address, and other personal details you provided during the order with the information held by the card issuer. By accepting these terms and conditions, you consent to these verifications.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us via email at hello@youandyourbrands.com, providing your order number. Please note that you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to make the return; after this period, your product will not be accepted for return. If you decide to return an order, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Our customer service team will review the return request and provide further instructions if the return is approved. Returned items must be in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as when we sent them, and in their original packaging. Items with stains, bent cards, broken seals, or damaged plastic sheets will not be accepted. If the condition of the returned product is not acceptable, we reserve the right to deny the return or exchange. Personalized products cannot be refunded or exchanged. Non-returnable items include products purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and products damaged due to mishandling by customers. YOU AND YOUR BRANDS reserves the right to deny any return.

WHAT TO DO IF THE RECEIVED PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

 

 

Please contact our customer service team at hello@youandyourbrands.com to initiate the return process. Please include the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Proof of Purchase
  • Video or photo of the product to be returned (if applicable)
  • Full shipping address
  • Phone Number

In some cases, you may be asked to include a video or photo of the defective product as proof in order to process a refund or replacement.

HOW LONG DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE?

The processing of returns can take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed. For returned items, a full refund will be credited for the returned products. For non-defective items, the refund will exclude all shipping and handling costs.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuer within 14 business days from the receipt of the returned item or the cancellation request. Contact your card issuer if you have any questions about when the credit will be applied to your account.

If you have not yet received a credit for your return, here’s what you should do: Contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is credited to your account.

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

We allow modifications to order details or cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. To do so, please send an email to our address hello@youandyourbrands.com, including your order number and your request. Our service team will be happy to assist you.
