TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SHIPPING (“CONDITIONS”)

Shipping and Delivery.

Please note that once the product leaves our facilities, the delivery date may be affected by many factors that are beyond our control. In any case, if there is a significant delay, we will contact you to ensure that the delivery is as satisfactory as possible.

All our orders are processed on the same day they are managed on our website, unless the order is placed on a holiday or weekend, in which case it will be processed on the next business day.

We always guarantee the delivery of your order, but promotions and special offers may be delayed due to high demand for our products.

Once the order has been verified, it is processed within 24 hours and shipped to the delivery address.

All our products leave our facilities 1 business day after placing the order. We ship to all countries by air, which allows us to offer international service.

Estimated average times:

To Spain, the average delivery time is about 3-4 business days, with premium shipping available in 24-48 hours, except for the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

To Europe, the average time is reduced to approximately 4-10 business days.

To the rest of the world, it is typically 7-17 days depending on product demand. Our experience suggests it is usually less than 17 days, but factors beyond our control, such as customs, may delay the delivery date further.

In exceptional cases, due to high demand (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.) or logistical issues, shipping may take 3 to 4 weeks. We allow a margin of 50 days for product delivery; if it does not arrive within this period, you can request a refund for lost/not shipped orders.

All our shipments are insured and come with a tracking number to facilitate the delivery of your order. It is very important to provide a phone number so that the local delivery person can contact you.

Consider:

If the customer does not provide the correct address on the order and does not notify us shortly after the order (before the shipment and package are processed), and the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, there will be no option for a refund. Any subsequent shipment of the package will be at the customer’s expense.

If, at the time of delivery, the customer cannot be contacted, a notice will be left in the mailbox. If the package is not collected from the notified office within X days, it will be returned to the factory, and the package will be considered lost with no option for a refund.

Once the shipment has been made, it will not be possible to change the delivery address, as shipments are handled by external companies to Youandyourbrands, and we do not have the power to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched from the warehouse. The customer will be responsible for the loss of the package if the address was not correctly provided, or if there has been a change of residence or similar.

Factors such as logistical delays and customs clearance may affect the estimated delivery time.

Youandyourbrands is not responsible under any circumstances for taxes, fees, or duties applied to the shipment or tariffs that may be applied at customs for the purchased package. The responsibility will lie with the buyer, who must provide the required value at customs without the possibility of processing a return.

Any return, regardless of the reason, will incur shipping costs back to the warehouse, which will be the customer’s responsibility. (We will cover the cost of sending the change so that the product returns to the buyer).
